My iPhone 13 shows 4G/5G near the battery symbol and the tower is full but mobile does not connect to internet. Tried switching in airplane mode, restarting the phone and network reset too but no use. Phone is connecting very well to Wi-Fi. Please help me with a solution. This happened suddenly from this morning.
it could be temporary problem in your area bro. happens rarely. make sure settings - mobile data - apps list toggle also ON for apps you are using internet for. then check with network customer care once. and mostly it gets fixed within few minutes or in 2 to 3 hours if such internet outage happens from network side.
@iRobinPro thanks bro. Actually something was wrong with the phone. Issue got resolved after a full reset. Always better to have the phone backed up in iCloud. I was lucky I had my backup done last night.

Good to know its fixed bro. Very True. Keeping backup of important data either locally or in icloud at certain intervals will be good idea. due to encryption keep on improving these days, its almost impossible to recover data if its deleted.
