hi bro, I am good thank you. hoping you too. this is more like security check. last month my payment didnt go through while checking i had to renew the mandate and it seems to be a setup instruction from RBI. so banks are making some additional security changes. you wont be charged multiple times. just renewing the mandate allows the payment to go through for next few months.
you can check number of mandates active in your account within the payment app like gpay, phonepe or paytm. cancel any mandates that are not authorised by you.
