I suspect its a bug in iOS 17.4.1 bro. I have checked and same issue found in my iPhone 15 plus running 17.4.1. expecting a bug fix shortly with next iOS update. only then we can use google account. meanwhile if you are trying to import contacts, then try to move them using computer.
