That will never happen bro. apple privacy policies never intended to use users data for any training purposes so far. thats the reason they are late to most of the features and the way they implement the features also not like publicly available apps or programs.
Its more device and user specific. whatever happens will be done on device and your data will never leave the device without your permission.
Similar to existing features, tracking options available, you will have control over what other third party apps also allowed to access on device bro if any such programs announced in future.
Apple could be sued if they violate any privacy laws set bro. so lets wait for some official explanation from apple side too. will be following up for updates regarding the same.
