for lightning to 3.5mm its globally same adapter bro. as apple only uses lightning adapter so far they havent separated that accessory with model wise separation.
when it comes to lightning adapter or accessory, using apple adapter is always good choice bro. third party adapters as you can see on amazon, reviews are mostly negative. the accessory stopped working after few days or quality related issues also reported when they are not MFi certified. so its better to go with original adapter for longer lifetime.

for iPhone 13 model you can get earpods lightning type and use it bro. 3.5mm to lightning adapter allows you to use any 3.5mm pin headphones. you can get that if you already have some headphones and want to use it with iPhone.
There will be no big quality difference as the adapter also supports lossless type audio. either earpods or lightning to 3.5 adapter as per your choice you can select bro.
