How to do Carrier unlock? because one of my friend got an Iphone 14 pro from Dubai hongkong version dual esim as of now he cannot active his esim

While buying he did not knew about carrier unlock so this issue arised now
You can check with the carrier website and contact their customer care via email bro. they will let you clear any pending dues and remove the carrier lock from the device. Thats much safer and better way to carrier unlock iPhone 14 Pro.
there is no software or apps available to carrier unlock iphone 14 pro as its latest model, as far as I understood.
