hi bro, if there is any physical damage or pressure on the display identified, then they may refuse service. you can talk to apple customer support toll free once and see if they can approve it from their side.
So far no other reports I have come across about green dots or violet dots on iPhone 15 display. So if the issue is specific to your device caused due to physical drop or other reasons, then they will refuse as default manufacturer warranty covers only defects.
Only if we have applecare+ then it covers the damages we do. otherwise only defects can be considered as warranty claim bro.
