# iPhone 17 Battery health dropping rapidly

Feeling like the battery health is dropping rapidly nearly 1 year on my iPhone 17, been following ur charging practice and occasionally i plug in the charger whenever i need the full juice even if the battery is at 60 or 70% when im about to travel. Is this normal?

hi bro, its 10 months usage and 6% reduce which is totally normal. if the battery health didnt reduce for few months and suddenly noticing such reduce, its just refresh and auto adjusting the battery health. dont worry, continue following the charging practice and it will help to maintain.

When you keep the optimised charging feature ON. you can charge to 80 or even higher during travel or at times when you needed more backup bro. wont be an issue.
