On iPhone 17 running iOS 26.3.1, I’m starting to see visible grain on the face only after taking 10 to 15 photos, especially once the phone begins to warm up. The same issue appears in normal 1x shots and 2x portraits. My iPhone 11 Pro on a stable iOS 18 update does not show this behavior under the same conditions. Is this likely a camera processing or thermal issue, and would updating to iOS 26.5.2 realistically fix it, or should I wait for a later stable update?
