I bought a Iphone 15 from Flipkart a week back. On the second day the phone didn’t work. Customer support says they will only repair and give as the mother board got fired. But i want exchange. Why should i get it repaired within 2 days of purchase. Flipkart team is asking for DOA Certificate in order to proceed further. Please advise
sad to know bro. is there any electrical short circuit happened? as the device under warranty you can get it diagnosed free at apple service center once. that way you can further talk to flipkart support if required. first we need to know the root cause of why it went dead.

understood bro, thing is, if the spare is not serviceable then we will get entire unit replaced. but if the board or spare replacement available, then we do get additional warranty coverage on the device serviced.
So dont worry, do the service now and also enquire about the coverage possibility for the device. we can get applecare+ within 60 days from the date of purchase or within 1 year we can get Protect+ in iPlanet if we want to protect the device for another one year.
For any manufacturing and damages we cause such warranty coverage helps bro.
Buying a new phone and servicing in short period of time is kind of bad luck, but in this situation we are getting it serviced at apple service center. if you have applecare+ and imagine if the device damaged in 1 week time.
We get paid service done in such case and based on the damage we get either backglass or display replaced or entire unit replaced at 8900 fees.
So dont worry. as long as you can claim warranty in this type of situation.

This is tough bro. sorry to hear you are going through this. A friend of mine bought from flipkart and so far no issues too. its working perfectly alright. he even planning to get Protect+ after few months usage.
