Kindly help me to sort out my issue, that is my messages app showing me an exclamation, why it was showing

hi bro, Sometimes due to bugs this may happen. is the iOS updated to latest version? also check within messages app any pending messages are present. try to delete them if any found. check all messages folder under filters section.
Try restarting iPhone once and check.
