Hi bro, that is not possible. as you may have to change country and region to USA to use the apps and appstore available in USA, the existing subscriptions have be cancelled. Due to different currency and payment requirements.
You can use as long as you have country region set to india.
To cancel and clear any balance left out in apple id funds, you have to contact apple support and they will help to clear out the balance.
