Hello bro. I’m using my iPhone 14 bought on May 2023. It worked well since last week. Due to an accident, my iPhone felt down into water and both back and front camera got fudged with water droplets. A nearby well-trained local shop bro fixed that. But while fixing the selfie camera, FACE ID OPTION GOT PROBLEM. I’m still using my iPhone without Face ID for the last 6 days.
Now is it worth to take it to a service, or should I exchange it with a new model? In the case off exchanging, is it worthy to buy refurbished iPhone 15 pro or 16 pro from cushily?
Because I’m heavily confused in buying either brand-new or refurbished one. Please guide me bro.
hi bro, have read similar issues. repairing face id successfully is not done as per my understanding at third parties. you can check with them for the possibility. but my suggestion is not to risk even further with more service. if its manageable you can continue using it and go with exchange or sell it separately in market. then go for upgrade when time comes and budget allows.
non third party serviced 15 pro or 16 pro will always be good choice to buy bro. calculate the price difference and go for as latest as possible.
brand new always good idea as it comes with warranty. but again budget is an important consideration too. decide based on these points bro.
