hello bro, when we have wifi calling feature ON, the other line dont go no service. I recently checked that setting. give it a try and see if that works for you.
also normally when we use two LTE networks the network stays online. if we use GSM network which airtel sometime switches to GSM, then one sim goes offline when another sim is active.
settings - phone - wifi calling and make sure the toggle is ON.
Robin I checked wifi is off only…but same issue only…is there any other thing we need to change in Voice & Data?
WiFi Calling has to be ON bro. then you can check by making a call.

Havent made video yet bro. Because dual sim stand by feature currently works this way. When we use phone call in one sim, other sim goes offline. this is common for all iPhone users. Only if wifi calling is ON and Airtel or jio uses wifi calling, then other sim stays online through wifi calling feature.
