Swipe up feature not working

Ipad pro 11 inch 2021 model .suddenly the swipe up feature is not working in orientation mode

try force restarting once and check bro. make sure iPad updated to latest version too.

1. Press and Release Volume UP Button once.

2. Press and Release Volume Down Button Once.

3. Press and Hold Power Button (Side button) till you see Apple Logo and release your finger.

Force restart should have fixed such glitches bro. are you seeing any display touch related possible problem? any physical pressure applied or device recently fell down?
