If you see the attached picture na its connected to Wifi but still mobile data ON

Sometimes with public wifi we may experience such issue due to authentication problem bro. You have already performed network settings reset it should have fixed. can you try connecting to any other wifi network? in your friends home or with friends mobile device via hotspot? just to identify whether all wifi connectivity issues or just your home wifi router only not connecting to your iPhone have to be checked.
Battery drains when network signal strength is poor bro. but you have. 4 point signal strength. are you using dual sim cards in your iPhone?
