It’s very annoying to charge iphone. Always stops charging at 80% battery in room air. I notice only when the Ac is on in the room it’s charging above 80. Buying so premium phone I think apple believes everyone lives in Ac room always. Using 15 pm cos of this issue charging only 20 to 80%.
I understand bro. every summer this happens and due to metal frame we feel the heat. with proper case we can reduce the heating felt overall. problem is, summer season increases the room temperature to above 30 degrees. which makes it hard for air flow to see reduced heating.
this is not just for iphone, even laptops with metal frames do the same.
Only plastic body can prevent such heating felt directly, but again to prevent damage to the internals, apple implemented this measure. whenever temperature reaches 35 degrees or above, the charging slows down and stop at 80%. when the phone cools down it again charges. we can leave the charger connected if we have time.
otherwise let the phone reach 20% to charge next day.
