hi bro, from 15 plus to 15 pro or 14 pro max both are upgrades only. if your usage is average and ok with smaller screen size then consider iPhone 15 pro.
If you need same bigger display experience with better battery backup and lightning port will be the change you have to make as you are using USB C charging right now. then you may consider 14 pro max. its still a good phone.

15 pro is sufficient for normal usage bro. but again, camera does consume more battery power, so my suggestion would be going with 14 pro max.
