bro when i increase volume with button the volume shows increasing and decreasing animation in side but in controll center the volume slider is still doesn’t move to what i set accordingly how to fix the issue and even when im in controll center if i try to press the volume button the volume bar in control center doesn’t decrease or increase it is stuck (iphone 16 pro max ,ios 26.2 stable version)
hi bro, tried restarting the iPhone once? this does appear to be a bug causing some glitch with control center not adjusting the volume correctly. I just tested and its working good with my device.

This is strange bro. checked with a friend using airpods 4 and he have no issues so far. works good with latest iOS 26.2 version.
Better try performing “settings - general - reset - reset all settings” once. then check the issue fixed or not.
