My airpods is updated and iPhone 16 also updated and while the airpods is connect. And I make or receive a call the incoming or outgoing sound is very less and when i connected customer care they said there is already an issue going on.

Kindly suggest what to be done

I have reset the Airpods too.

Hi bro, so far no similar issues reported in our groups. kindly wait for one more week time. if apple support acknowledges the issue then we can expect an update with a fix very soon.
