hi, airpods 4 with noise cancellation provides decent ANC and suitable for people who dont like in-ear style headphones. But if you prefer in-ear type, based on comfort then you may go with airpods pro 2nd gen. it has 2x more ANC and better bass too.
So decide based on in-ear or regular type headphones you normally comfortable wearing for every day usage.
