hi bro, yes. as next gen airpods pro expected around september 2025, its good to get airpods pro 2nd gen now with good discounts. we can get applecare+ activated to get replacement airpods by the end of second year to get new airpods pro and use it overall for 4+ years.
airpods 4 with anc does come with few of the airpods pro 2 features, but pro models still has better benefits.
I still couldnt get my hands on airpods 4, will bring the video soon.
next gen airpods pro 3 could not get any discounts anytime soon after released by september 2025. so if you have no problem waiting you may consider it. otherwise get airpods pro 2nd gen and get the best experience for next few years usage.
If in-ear type headphones suitable to you then go with airpods pro 2 bro. otherwise for regular wear type people who dont like putting airpods buds in their ears, and never used one before for uncomfortable reasons. then you may go with airpods 4.

I havent personally tested the airpods 4 mic quality bro. but till date no negative reviews for that. once I get my hands on airpods 4, will include mic quality test also with my review. I think mostly in january I will bring the review as one of my friend planning to buy airpods 4th gen.
