Yes bro. we can use airtel esim but they have limited it only to postpaid. you can check with airtel customer care once. whichever SIM card present in your iPhone can be configured to your Apple Watch if network allows.
Currently in India, Jio Postpaid and Prepaid Supported. Airtel Postpaid only supported. just verify the same once with airtel customer care or showroom and decide accordingly bro.
