I have bought a Apple watch series 10 jet black aluminum 46mm gps+cellular version from noon (Big E commerce platform in dubai) But I just want to know the authenticity of the product Whether it’s original or not There are plenty of clones for airpods but I’m not aware about apple watch and how to identify them since it’s with sister who is yet to arrive here I just copied the serial number available in the box and checked in apple website it says the watch is not activated yet and says it says aluminum 46mm gps+cellular which is a good sign but can someone fake the serial number this accurately? most likely no but just asking to be sure.
There are clones for apple watches too bro. but noon is a popular store and seller there in Dubai. so chances of selling counterfeit products as original wont happen as per my understanding. Its possible serial number can be faked, but the box packed unit always show that its not yet activated. as you bought it already, try setting up the watch and see how it pairs and syncs with apple watch app.
If it works with apple watch app, then you dont have to worry. its genuine. also shows up in your devices list warranty status, find my app too.

I don’t have it with me bro my sister bought it for me and yet to arrive here probably end of next month she has an Iphone but I thought 1.5 months of apple warranty would go waste Since it’s not activated yet I thought the warranty will be added from the date of activation so thought of waiting but noon return policy is 14 days so is there any chance that the watch would be password locked how this warranty works? based on invoice date or automatically added when it’s activated? And if she connect it with her phone then erase and reset it for me to use will warranty added in my apple ID?
Out of topic : I have another apple watch S10 which is in complete sealed condition with proper Invoice bill top model 46mm cellular jet black currently new one costs 60,000 But I’m selling it for 36,500 my sister will bring it next month so if anyone wants then let me know. I’m in coimbatore.
hi bro, once the watch paired with an iPhone as an activation date warranty starts. but if your device didnt active warranty automatically then we have to contact apple support. at that time they ask bill copy and they activate according to the billed invoice copy as warranty date.
Applecare+ should be applied within 60 days from the date of purchase. otherwise its not possible to activate it later.
so plan accordingly how you are planning to purchase applecare+.
you can list the product directly once received with proper bill copy and box photos in our facebook buy and sell group bro. also in facebook marketplace to receive enquiries from interested buyers.
this way you can sell it faster.

What if the warranty gets activated after connecting with the iphone bro? I mean if I connect it two months later from today? Then I will get warranty for 1 year from that date right? But Does apple care application works like that? or it’s only applicable from bill date? And can I share the serial ID photo also which is in the box while listing it in the facebook group? It wouldn’t be a problem right?
Not like that bro. after 2 months less chance for the warranty to start from that date. it will ask to update the correct date. if the watch sales details already present in apple server, then it will automatically activate purchase date warranty or will ask you to provide the bill copy to activate warranty.
You can check the serial number at checkcoverage.apple.com to know current status. but its not 100% working way to make sure warranty will start only from pairing date.
