@iRobinPro Hi bro . I bought an apple watch series 8 cellular model. I dont have an iphone. But my mom has one. I thought i can reset her phone and then log in with my apple id in her phone and then connect my watch to it. After connecting my watch if i signed out my apple id from her phone will my apple watch still be working with my apple Id and my phone number or should i just add my phone no. in the esim slot of her iphone and then connect my watch.
hello bro, Apple Watch does need an active iPhone to be paired to work properly. to sync data and even the cellular feature will work only if the esim or physical sim is present in iPhone. Its not possible to use the apple watch without iPhone.
