Hi bro I am using iPhone 12 and iwatch se gen 2. I have my watch updated to latest and I am not receiving any notifications from iPhone to iwatch. After I turned on the Bluetooth also. What can be done to rectify this issue??

Apple watch automatically connected via bluetooth when its nearby to iPhone bro. you can reset apple watch once and pair it fresh with iPhone again. within watch you will see all settings reset bro. check settings - general - reset page. do it and that will fix the issue.

Yes bro. with apple watch we normally dont store data inside the watch. they are transferred to iPhone like health app and other data.

any chance settings - focus mode is enabled bro? any default or custom focus modes enabled? if not, then do perform āSettings - general - reset - reset location and privacy settingsā once. then perform āsettings - general - reset - reset all settingsā. then check with watch if you are receiving notifications received on iPhone on apple watch.
I have reset the phone as well as watch also bro but still not receiving notifications from mobile to watch
its better to check with apple service center in person to identify what is stopping the iPhone to send notifications bro. as we done all basic troubleshooting steps. technician have to check in person.
