SE 2 is sufficient for most regular users. Does fitness activity tracking and acts as a smart watch to pair with iPhone. But if budget isnt a problem and you need the latest thin design apple watch with ECG and O2 monitor feature as additional, then you may consider apple watch series 10 bro.

Choose based on these requirements. experience both models at nearest apple showroom once. that helps to make the decision too.
