I bought Iwatch se 2nd gen in recent time.
After setting up my watch I noticed the border line which blinks in blue colour, before am buying SE 2nd gen I have used series 3 in that I didn’t notice this) How to change the colour of how off the border line colour.

Hello bro, Its Assistive Touch feature Enabled. Go to settings app - accessibility - assistive Touch and you can disable it from there. This will remove blue color line around apple watch screen.
