Because when I searched online its mentioned like you can’t get warranty or care plus in India for us variant
Recently in india applecare+ introduced monthly and yearly plans too bro. also when we buy apple watch in usa, we do get applecare+ bundled discounts. so check their offers too. so far its not a problem but if apple india makes any changes we will know that littler later only.
Within 60 days from the date of activation of the device, it should be possible to apply applecare. you can confirm the same with apple support once. when you receive a gift apple watch and checking possibility to apply applecare+ here in india bro.
