Hey bro, I’ve got a doubt. I’m using Apple Watch Series 9, bought in October. It was working fine till the 26.1 update, but now my sleep tracking isn’t working properly. I wear it to sleep, but the tracking score isn’t showing. After the 26.2 update, it worked for 2 days, but now it’s the same issue again. Other health stuff like steps are tracking fine, just the sleep tracking’s not working. Can you give me a solution?
hi bro, this could be a temporary glitch. try restarting both iPhone and apple watch once. then wear the watch tonight and see whether tracking works or not. is the bedtime wind down correctly working? are you getting notifications before wind down?
Hi Robin Happy New Bro,
As you said, I’ve unpaired and re-paired my Apple Watch Series 9, restarted both the watch and phone, and it worked perfectly for 3-4 days. However, the sleep score isn’t showing properly - it shows incorrect sleep duration and sometimes only displays temperature data. I’ve tried unpairing and re-pairing again, but the issue persists. Could this be a sensor issue or a software bug specific to Series 9? The watch is worn snugly, and other features work fine. Any help would be appreciated!” ![]()
Happy new year bro.
this looks mostly like a software bug. but do continue using it bro give atleast 2 to 3 weeks of usage data collection and that could help us to understand it better. if the temperature monitor happens once or twice a week and shown in reports, then we can conclude its a bug mostly.
“I’ll wear the watch for 2-3 weeks and check if the sleep tracking improves but untill now I wear and sleep it’s was shows and step by step it reduce and now nothing appears . Other tracking heartrate ECG fitness working and HRV stress tracking work fine with third-party apps like stress Watch, so hopefully it’s just a software issue. Will update you after 2 weeks. Thanks Bro..
yes bro its mostly software bug. kindly give some more time. expecting a fix very soon over updates.
