Hope you are doing good.

After speaking with apple support team I went to reliance authorised Apple service in Ashok Nagar Chennai. After reaching they checked everything and said there is no other hardware issues as of now. BUT once the battery is changed if you get any hardware issue Apple will not support you. He gave examples such as Face ID issue, camera etc. I asked how can that be possible and he is giving reasons that it’s Apple policy blah blah blah… Is this true? Now this makes me think twice whether they are replacing genuine battery or not. This service centre was indeed recommended by the Apple support guy in call. I am c worried whether I should go for it or not.

Good bro. thank you. hoping you too. that is not correct. when we do the service at authorised apple service center and if any hardware failure happens they will take responsibility. The service technician is not giving some information clearly or may be New.

People replace at apple service center and when they deliver the product everything will work normally. if we caused any damage or drop and some hardware failure happens then its our responsibility.

They cannot say that after service if some hardware failure happens they wont be responsible.

Can you check with iPlanet Service Center or Aptronix Service Center in your city once?
