how many times we could purchase the 50GB iCloud storage ?

hi bro, we can buy as many times as we want. its monthly subscription. if you have the data stored in your icloud storage within 50GB you have to renew every month bro. else you wont be able to upload new data to your backup.

Can the data be accessed later without a subscription later on?

we can download those data even without subscription bro. but its not good idea to keep the important data on cloud storage when we are not going to pay for it. there is no info regarding data deletion in apple documents, but just to be safe. if you are not going to use icloud in future, download the data and store it safely.
