Yes bro. its not a problem buying UAE or USA units in india. my friends are using it so far with airtel and jio, so far no issues. you can get applecare+ in india if you want to protect it for 2 years with the discounts you find useful to save some money. just incase of any claim required you can do it in india in future.

Welcome bro. its tough process. If you are buying from any trusted shop or seller its always safe. Dont buy from random seller we meet online. Just for attractive pricing many fall for such scams.
Shops dont sell such clone iPhones. So do verify that and then you can buy and check warranty details with serial number.

But if we have any friend or relative coming from UAE or USA, its always good to consider getting it directly from there.
