I could not call anyone using siri when my phone is locked. For example : I say ‘ Hey Siri , Call mom’ and it says you must unlock your phone. I have given allow siri when locked too but, its not working kindly give a solution. I have tried face id and passcode option and gave siri allow option. Kindly check please.

It should work then bro. better try performing all settings reset once then setup siri fresh. and make sure face id voice dial toggle is ON and now try to make a call summoning siri from lock screen. let me know if that helps.

can you check once by calling recently called person or favorites contacts list person and see if that works? only random not recently called person is not working or none of them is working?

This is so strange bro. checked with couple of friends device and they are mostly using siri for every day calls, reminders and alarm tasks. its working perfectly fine. is mom saved to your phone app favorites list too?

Just to test, can you add moms number to favorite contacts and check by using siri ? whether call connects or still asking for same unlock iPhone message?
