hi bro, absolutely yes. Macbook Air m1 or m2 both will be good choice. consider getting 512GB if budget allows for long term usage.
If you dont have any windows apps requirement then macOS will be best to use it every day. do check follow mac basics episode. that will help you to start with macOS.

Hi , I think 256gb ssd is not enough long term use ( because of software are producing so much amount of catch , even iam using catch M1 256gb for software development ) buy external ssd like Samsung t7 which is useful
