Can i use macbook while charging ? and what is the correct percentage to charge the macbook for good battery health ?
Yes bro, you can use Macbook while charging. Once it reaches 100% or above 80% based on the optimized charging feature, it automatically cuts off power. also when you use it directly uses a power source to run. so won’t be a problem.

The below comment is true, we can use the MacBook by charging itself, there will be no issues. can we keep charging more than 6 or 7 hrs , even in full charge ?
Hi bro, since Macbook Pro 2012, I have always used them on power. It runs for at least 12+ years every day. Rarely does it get shut down? Mostly lid is closed. The battery comes for approximately 4.5 years for normal users. For heavy users, a slight difference might be there.
When Mac has connected to power always, it just avoids using the battery power and takes power from the power source.
If we have desk setup, then thats good idea.
