I have explained about jailbreak before bro in one of our episode. there we can use cydia to bring third party apps to our iPhone. Call recording is possible in such cases. But right now it is not easier to do jailbreak and maintain it. everytime your phone restarts or off suddenly due to some phone stability issue, then you have to redo it.
Apple have tightened the security a lot in recent updates. thats why I personally dont recommend jailbreak as it will keep our device vulnerable.
