Can we use MacBook Air M1 While Charging?? Does It affect battery??

Hi bro, when mac is connected to power, it starts to use direct power source automatically. it charges up to 100% and cut off the charging. so yes, you can use it connected to charger. no problem in that. I have used MacBook in desk setup connected to charger for several years.
