Hi bro, I am using 12W adapter sometimes, 20W adapter sometimes, charging in car with MFi cable and system USB port when I work at my desk. Havent used more than 30W personally, but iPhone does have input power limitations.
Do try using it for few times and see how it goes. after 2 or 3 months if you notice no changes, then you can continue use it. else switch to 20W permanently. But I think, it shouldnt be a problem.
