both contacts numbers equal la sync agirukungala? just icloud contacts mattum ON la vachutu check pannanum bro. to identify issue is in contacts sync or in iOS. Also once ā€œSettings - general - reset - reset all settingsā€ pannunga. then check whether icloud contacts working normally or not.

Hi bro Check once whether u have turned on Lockdown Mode if yes it will not available if u turns off thn it will be available bro try once under setting> Privacy & Security >Scroll down u will find Lockdown mode bro

For all contact bro nd not only with iCloud nd I havenā€™t save contact on iCloud bro may be it might new update that if we enable the lockdown mode thn it will not available this might be a security type if we are turning off that it is showingā€¦!!

Do one thing bro. go to settings - screentime - content and restirctions. turn it off completely if its ON. Then restart your iPhone once and check if you are allowed to make calls with contacts or other features are visible.

Yes bro. if lockdown mode is ON we will use restricted features. But he didnt enable it as he confirmed. also focus mode is ON which we can see at the top fire icon next to clock.
