Delete iCloud Photos without Deleting iPhone Photos App

Hi bro ,
How are you ?

Accidentally enable the Sync( photos app connect to iCloud )
Now I need to delete the photos in iCloud but not getting affected my photos app !!

My doubt is if I delete the photo in iCloud , the photos app photo also deleted ahh bro ?
Note : currently I disable the feature ( automatic photo update to iCloud )

I am good bro, thank you. hoping you too. I think when you turn off icloud photos sync feature you will see a prompt asking to delete the photos in phone storage and leave it in icloud storage.

But you want to delete from icloud storage and leave the photos and videos in iPhone storage.

When the sync is ON, if you delete the Photos in icloud, it will also be removed from your local iPhone storage bro.

So the correct method here is. Turn off the sync and select No to keep the high quality photos and videos locally stored in your iPhone. If optimise storage feature selected, then compressed photos and videos only stored in iPHone storage to save space. So give some time after turning off icloud sync, that all high quality files to be downloaded to your iPhone storage.

Then you can delete photos from icloud storage. make sure iCloud Photos sync is OFF before deleting photos from icloud.
