I recently bought an iPhone 17 from Flipkart and I found a very little dust particle inside my camera lens,what do I do now as the Flipkart return window has ended , I searched in Reddit for the same and most users reported that they have received a replacement for the unit but when I asked iplanet care near my house , they say they’ll open the back and clean it and no replacement is possible…but I’m a little hesitant to open a new phone even though it’s an official apple service centre…what do I do please help (it’s been 24 days since I bought it and also the dust doesn’t affect picture quality or anything like that)
hi bro, this is a very rare case. do you see any debris or dots in the photo or video you shoot? try capture just blue sky in day time and check the photo or video whether you can spot it.
no bro the camera quality and everything is fine but i just see a very small dust particle in the primary lens
the device is under warranty bro. dont worry. kindly visit nearest apple service center and let the technician inspect the unit first. they could clean it or guide you what can be done to fix it further.
