My father’s Apple Watch Series 7 ecg is not working connected with iPhone XR. Both devices are with latest update. Force restart done for both device. Snug fit also checked. I’m touching the crown it doesn’t detect or does start ecg 30 second counter. No physical damage to crown or backside. Heart rate sensor for your information.
hi bro, it could be temporary issue. can you try restarting apple watch once and try again? ECG is setup in health app correct? was it working previously or trying it for the first time?
It’s a 1.5 year old device. ECG is not working for past 3 months.Tried restarting no use. Heart rate sensor working fine.
if restarting the watch didnt help then its not software issue bro. its recommended to check once with service center. they need to check for any sensor issue by running diagnostics.
