I have shop this watch at Saudi Arabia
The AFib setting is not turn to enable it
If I come to India it will able to use it
When we configure apple watch to a country that has enabled with ECG or AFib then it will work bro. Afib feature does available in india and it will work when you use apple id that is set to india.
