No bro When i am using jio to calling airtel sim will be no service then when i am using airtel for calling jio sim will be no service

eSIM or physical sim shouldnt be a problem bro. I just confirmed with a friend using airtel and jio sims in his iPhone 14 Pro max, and he can use dual sim normally. he also sees tower disappearing after attending call in one sim, but still call waiting works bro. make sure call waiting is active in both numbers and check once.
Else visiting apple service center once and getting it checked also recommended. if a person sees the device in person and finds any problem, that will be helpful too.

I am also facing the same issue. I am curring living on singapore. Using one singapore physical sim and one airtel esim. Normally i have full signal in both sim. But when i use singapore sim for making call, the airtel signal goes down and not even grt OTP until i cut the call. Very annoying 
Hello bro, we can try reconfiguring eSIM by contacting the career, if its eSIM related problem then it will be fixed. did you try basic troubleshooting steps like network settings reset once?
