Some temporary problem. Health app la fitness options irukanu once pathukonga. Else all settings reset once pannitu check pannunga bro. Let me know if it helped.

Health app open panathum fitness app la show aaiduchu bro… but homescreen fitness widget la show aga matikuthu bro still
May be some bugs related to that bro. temporarily you can check with fitness app by the end of the day. soon it will work when updates released.
