Welcome bro :slight_smile: some of our users are using facebook mainly for our groups and many dont have facebook account due to its annoying news feed contents. Hoping this will be useful. :heart::heart:

Consider me as one of them. i log in Facebook only to get answers from you and group if I have any doubts in Apple products and mostly I will search and get answers there…
By the way how to change the profile pic or avatar here?

:slight_smile: Good to know.

Right now, I have disabled Image upload options and provided a set of Memoji Avatars, bro. will add more in the coming days. For security reasons and to avoid filling out storage space in the server, I had to do this. Planning to use imgur.com for all image and short screen recording uploads when people ask questions and want to attach media content.

This way, we can manage the server space and load the contents super fast.

Ok Bro. Profile pic got automatically uploaded… would prefer not having photo at all in that case… I know this is at a pilot stage and would provide feedback’s as and when I feel so.
I hope you are also working around approving the post by admin before they get posted.

Definitely bro. Media upload solutions are in top priority now, will add your suggestions to my list and see how it can be included.

Sure bro, just updated forum rules and all seem to be fine. Only when we onboard more users, I have to see how server load happens. Will ask you if any further help required. :heart:

Overall the website is easy to navigate, search and use in the iPhone safari browser deepak? We will move from Facebook to our discussion forum in the coming months. Going to see how server load and backend work can be managed.

Page loads super smooth in safari… No issues. People can provide G drive or any cloud link if they need to attach any image for reference. Just a thought

I am also one who is using Facebook just for this group. Good move. Thank you for this. Just a thought. Why not u use Discord or Telegram for group. Don’t you think that would be good for space and for query resolution?

Welcome harish, Discord and Telegram Groups are not open for better searching for specific topic discussion and solutions. It is suitable for gaming communities and other general discussions. But when it comes to problem solving or support topics, we need a forum like setup.

When people have similar questions in future, it should be searchable easily and the answers should also open to google search.

That is what I felt missing in Facebook Group too. So had to build our own to have wider reach for people who have same questions in future too.
