Apple watch automatically detects the type of workout we are doing bro. how HDFC ergo app configured to record those workouts info and make it eligible for claim matters here. Its possible they reject based on wrong reasons.

no bro. their terms and conditions does include more. also to calculate accuracy they may use heart rate data as per health app. they fetch data from health app to make sure the time, history of workout and to compare them whether any cheating is done or not.
