Hi bro, data you store using iCloud Family Storage can be accessed only if you rejoin the family sharing. then manually download the files you want to access to your iPhone storage. or access them from a computer browser and download the files to local drive. Then you can decide where to keep those files for accessing in future.
There is no account or data transfer tools available so far from one apple to another apple id or in this case, within family sharing icloud drive to other storage space. We have to do it manually bro.
