Does apple take 10 days to replace your battery. i asked an Apple authorised service centre located in chennai and they told me it would take 10 days is it really true?? And also i have an apple care plus.Somebody give me a suggestion
hi bro, usually they replace it within 1 day. can you check with any other service center in chennai? if the battery stock is not available they may ask extra days. You can delay and give it to service when the stock is available or as suggested you can check with other service center options you are seeing within support app.

When the iPhone is under warranty within 1 year period if it reaches 80% or when the iPhone is under applecare+ and then its for 2 years total coverage bro. If it reaches 80% then we can replace battery for free.
Otherwise we need to pay applecare+ claim service fee Rs 2500 to replace battery within that 2 years period time bro. if there is a defect then it will reach 80% usually within warranty period. As far as I know, not many have reached that 80% limit within that warranty period bro.
